      <image:title>Dedication - Julia Richards</image:title>
<image:caption>May 31, 1960 - April 24, 2020 Julia worked for the Cherokee Judicial Circuit for 13 years and served as the Victim Assistance Director for 10 of those years. Julia organized the first National Day of Remembrance Ceremony for the Cherokee Judicial Circuit held on September 25, 2011. Julia shaped so much of what the Victim Assistance Program is to this day. Julia left a lasting impact on the victims she served, her community and all the lives she touched. She will forever be missed, but the ripple she left behind will carry on.</image:caption>

      <image:title>John Joseph Morgan</image:title>
<image:caption>John Joseph Morgan was born June 11, 1978 in Fort Worth Texas to parents: Dr Hardy Morgan and Teresa Morgan. He grew up in Hamilton and San Angelo Texas. The Church was an important part of John’s life. He was very active, and loved to go to Mission Friends and meetings of the Youth Group. His faith remained an important part of his life, and he continued to attend services when he could. On Easter Sunday, 1987 he made a profession of faith in Christ, and was baptized in the First Baptist Church of Hico . He loved his parents and brothers, and found great joy in spending time with them. He was a “people person”, the life of any party- and loved to talk and have fun with others. He never met a stranger. John graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Philosophy; he was an artist and an intellect. John was a member of the Debate Team at Central High School in San Angelo, and at Baylor University, where he won numerous awards for both debate and theatre. He continued to paint and acted in a local production in his hometown. His gift for graphic art was his livelihood, one which he continued to practice until recently. But, John’s greatest desire was to live a meaningful and sober life, and will always be remembered for the encouragement he gave to others who also struggled with life’s difficult issues. He entered into the presence of the Lord on April 4th, 2015 at the age of 36. He was preceded in death by his brother Daniel. He is survived by his mother, father, as well as brothers: Robert, Thomas, and Samuel Grant, half-brother James, and half-sister Margaret. “Just as one candle lights another and can light thousands of other candles, so one heart illuminates another heart and can illuminate thousands of other hearts.” - Leo Tolstoy Leave a tribute for John here.</image:caption>

He was born on January 16th, 2009 in Marietta, Ga. “Lil D” was the ‘heart and whole world’ to his mother, Jennifer Jones. Dustin Jr. was a 7th grader at Cass Middle School where he was a starting safety on their football team and also played as a wide receiver. Coach Quentin Kent says “Lil D is a fighter! He played with heart, passion, and a ‘never give up mindset’. He was always a brother for his teammates. He took up for them. He protected them and he celebrated with them. He was a teammate and player that you can count on. He displayed a true competitor mentality, no matter the task asked of him. Just an amazing kid, player, and teammate”!
